Shandong Taikai High Voltage Switch Co., Ltd. Technology Center is a provincial enterprise technology center recognized by Shandong Economic and Information Commission. The technical center consists of two technical sub-centers: expert committee, technical committee, research and development room, laboratory, electrical equipment and electrical insulation. The technical center has the design, development, test and detection capabilities of circuit breakers, combined electrical appliances and their supporting operating mechanisms and insulating parts with voltage levels of 1100kV and below.
Quality Management
According to the requirements of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 system standards, the company has prepared Management Manual and Procedure Document. Combined with the PDCA cycle method and risk-based thinking, the process method is used to clarify 34 processes, including 12 customer-oriented processes, 7 support processes and 15 management processes, forming 30 program files.
Production capacity
The company consists of 9 professional production workshops including shell, electroplating, insulation, painting, processing, mechanism, assembly workshop 1, assembly workshop 2 and assembly workshop 3. It is equipped with 33 high-precision horizontal and vertical machining centers such as Germany Demaggi, Japan Yamazaki Mazak, South Korea Weiya, South Korea Doushan, Taiwan Liwei, etc, as well as Germany Heydrich epoxy resin casting production line, the United States Feimat longitudinal seam automatic welding machine and other international advanced imported equipment and domestic equipment, a total of more than 1200 sets, so that the company's technology and equipment to reach the international advanced level. The self-made rate of the product is over 95%, and it has the production capacity of producing 3600 sets of combined electrical appliances 4000 intervals and circuit breakers annually.
