Training Center
The Training Center of Shandong Taikai High Voltage Switchgear Co., Ltd. is a professional training center established by the high-voltage company for the power industry and other users’ needs. The center was founded in early 2015, covering an area of 1900m2, with more than 20 sets of various high-voltage electrical equipment for internships and experiments. The center has many excellent faculty members, including 12 theoretical trainers and 18 practical trainers. The former are engineers and senior engineers with many years of design experience, while the latter are technicians and senior technicians with rich work experience. Relying on the advantages of complete product range and extensive manufacturing experience of the company, the training center combines theory with practice in training methods, enabling trainees to fully understand and master the internal structure and operation and maintenance characteristics of high-voltage electrical products. Additionally, according to user requirements, our center can expand training on products such as transformers, reactors, capacitors, disconnecting switches, and complete switch cabinets by leveraging the technology and equipment of other companies within the group. Training is the productivity of an enterprise, the enhancement of professional capabilities, and the best way to succeed for a company.
