1. We implement a permanent maintenance policy for products like composite electrical appliances and circuit breakers, and provide high-quality after-sales service.
2. We will timely provide clients with all the technical data and drawings specified in the contract. If necessary, clients can participate in our company’s technical design review.
3. We will dispatch experienced service personnel to the site at the time requested by clients to provide technical services, guiding them in equipment installation, commissioning, startup coordination, and trial operation according to our company’s technical data and drawings.
4. For corollary equipment related to the contracted equipment purchased by clients, we will proactively provide technical conditions and data that meet the equipment interface requirements.
5. We will strictly implement the minutes of meetings and agreements signed by both parties on relevant issues.
6. We will provide clients with business training related to equipment installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance techniques as stipulated in the contract.
7. Perfect after-sales service is an important means to ensure the long-term, smooth, and safe operation of products and also a crucial guarantee to improve customer satisfaction. Our company will strengthen pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales services, implementing “24-hour service”, “advanced service”, “full-process service”, and “permanent service” throughout the entire process of product manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and operation.
8. Upon receiving feedback on quality issues from clients, we will respond within 2 hours. If necessary, service personnel in Shandong Province will arrive at the site within 12 hours, and within 24 hours for areas outside Shandong Province (limited to mainland China). This is to ensure that service does not stop until customer satisfaction with quality is achieved.
9. We are ready to meet clients’ requirements for spare parts at any time. We have spare parts warehouses in multiple regions nationwide to meet the needs of clients for equipment maintenance and overhaul.
10. Our company has established a perfect customer satisfaction survey system to effectively evaluate the work quality of dispatched after-sales service personnel.
